Bob Neuroth’s Retirement

After a few years of anticipation and with mixed emotions, we are happy to announce that Bob Neuroth has retired after providing Ascentron with 15 years of devoted service.

Bob’s legacy in the electronics industry totaled 51 years, working at companies like OECO, ESI, Intel, Credence, and Tektronix, earning him a valuable reputation and knowledge base that will be greatly missed.

Before finding his niche in electronics, Bob served our country for 8 years in the Air Force as a Contracting Officer and Buyer. One of his favorite stories from his military service was when he was in charge of purchasing the main bunker door at the NORAD Cheyenne Mountain Complex, weighing 25 tons.

Before leaving Ascentron Bob pioneered our new bar-coding system that has streamlined many of our every-day processes. Although Bob is enjoying his retirement he still has an ownership interest in the company, is a member of our Board of Directors, and will be assisting us with some special projects going forward. We are thankful for his outstanding leadership and continued commitment to Ascentron.
