Our entire team coordinates to deliver on our service promise. We assign each customer to one of our experienced program managers to serve as their central contact person.

Our program managers coordinate the quoting process for all existing and potential customers.  They also process all orders, monitor the production of those orders and are responsible for communicating any issues or concerns with our customers.

We believe our Program Managers are critical to help ensure we deliver outstanding service.  They help us build a strong, long-term mutually beneficial relationship with our customers.

After our Program Managers have at least one year of experience in the position we enroll them in the IPC Program Management Certification Program.  This program provides them the very best industry education and background and helps them provide the best support for our customers.
