Nu/Clean PolySMT 618 In-line Aqueous Cleaner w/18" Belt Width
This machine is designed to aqueously clean water-soluble fluxes from printed circuit assemblies and bare boards. The machine is rate to clean OA, water soluble, and RMA type fluxes. It is rated for both through-hole and SMT assemblies. The machine has six stages associated with the cleaning and drying operation:
Prewash Stage: One spray module with four spray bars (48 nozzles)
Wash Stage: Two spray modules totaling 10 spray bars (120 nozzles).
3 Incoloy 9kw heaters controlled by a PID temperature controller with digital readout. Pressure is provided by a high performance 15 hp stainless steel pump.
Isolation Rinse Stage: One pre-rinse adjustable air knife tube.
Two spray bars (24 nozzles). One upper and lower adjustable air knife tube (post rinse).
A 10 hp turbine blower powers the air knives.
Rinse Stage: One spray module totaling 6 spray bars (72 nozzles). 3 Incoloy 9kw heaters controlled by a PID temperature controller with digital readout. Pressure is provided by a
high performance 15 hp stainless steel pump.
Final Rinse Stage: One spray module with 2 spray bars (12 nozzles). A 10-hp turbine blower powers the drag out air knife.
Dryer Airknife Stage: 2 upper and 1 lower innovative adjustable high efficiency water stripping nozzles. A 15 hp high performance turbine air blower powers the airknives.
