• This machine has a 150-inch long heat chamber with a total of 98-inches of total linear convection.
• There are 10 upper and 10 lower forced convection-heating zones.
• Convective gas velocity of 4500 feet per minute per zone (@60 HZ).
• The belt conveyor is 24-inches wide.
• The cooling section is 67-inches long with 20-inches being an enclosed nitrogen/air-cooling module followed by 47-inches of controlled ambient fan cooling.
• PC-based control system with a high speed CPU, 2.1 gigabyte hard disk, and a 3.5 inch floppy drive. This system is Windows based and stores various process profiles for later use.
• The machine is either air or nitrogen capable with computerized switching of the processing atmosphere. The software stores the operating atmosphere within the profile recipe.
• Battery backup system for continued conveyor operation in case of a power loss.
• Redundant over temperature, safety/shutdown systems separate of the main control system
