CheckSUM Model TR-10 & TR-8 ICT MDA Test Systems
This test system is computer controlled using a custom written Windows software package. The pneumatic fixture base can utilize up to a 1000 point fixture and has the quick-change feature for fast change over on lower tooling cost. This machine is licensed for utilization of a HP TestJet Module used in testing complex high density ICs. The TestJet technology is the same technology used in the high-end HP 3070 ICT testers. The other CheckSUM machine is similar with fewer test points and a manual fixture base. This equipment is designed to add Boundary-Scan testing capabilities.
The CheckSUM machines allow Ascentron to provide comprehensive bed-of-nails ICT MDA testing for printed circuit assemblies at a fraction of the tooling and programming costs that are associated with traditional ICT testers.
